Jana’s Jym is about wellness wherever you are. Unlike most fitness centers and gyms we do not have a physical address. Jana’s Jym brings fitness to you!

That’s why Jana’s Jym offers both off-site (at your home or workplace) wellness coaching and personal training sessions as well as group exercise classes and fitness boot camps at various locations around Royse City. We all know we could benefit from an active lifestyle, however, fitting it in and knowing what to do can be overwhelming – With personalized guidance, you can make it work and enjoy it at the same time! For you like the social side of exercise and get your motivation from being around like minded people, Jana’s Jym offers several 30-60 minute classes that make it easy to pack a little exercise into a busy schedule. Boot camps are also a fun and motivating! We offer a variety of boot camps including Fitness over Forty Boot Camp, Campus Boot Camp, Barefoot Yoga Boot Camp, and Runners Boot Camp to name a few.
