Jana’s Jym offers several 30- minute classes that easily fit into your busy life with something for everyone.  We have yoga, aerobics, turbo-kick boxing, strength training, toning, step aerobics and more…  You can also make use of the 30 minute circuit room and get a total body work-out whenever you want.

Fitness and nutrition consulting and personal training sessions are available as well.

The Kiddie Corner provides a place for little ones to play while you work out in the main circuit room.
