You CAN love exercise as much as you love chocolate—well, almost as much!

Food nourishes not only our bodies but also our spirits.  When it comes to food we must find balance  not only in what we eat but also when and how much. Each of us has different needs when it comes to food, what we eat and the timing of our meals, as well as the things we crave.  This is why most of the time, diets stop working or we regain the weight we’ve worked so hard to lose.  What we need most is a new attitude towards food that doesn’t involve obsessing, denial, or guilt.  Eating foods that give us the nutrients we need to function as healthy bodies while at the same time allowing ourselves to enjoy treats in modest proportion is what results in lifelong enjoyable, easy weight management.
