Yoga - All levels


BASIC AEROBICS—beginner-all levels:  A 30 minute cardio workout with simple repetitive low-impact dance-like moves.

BASIC STEP—beginner—all levels.  30 minutes:  Basic step moves with intensity variations – no complicated choreography – just classic fat burning, endurance building step aerobics!  

COMBO CLASS—moderate/advanced:  1-hour:  A mix of various types of aerobics, strength, stability, and stretching.

CORE—all levels.  20 minutes:  Tone and strengthen the torso from the shoulders to the hips—targets abs and back.

DYNAMIC YOGA—moderate/advanced. 30 minutes:  This class keeps you flowing from one pose to another focusing on working with the breath and developing length and strength in the muscles.

GENTLE YOGA—all levels.  30 minutes:  Reduce stress, increase serenity.  Slowly and gently stretch your muscles, open your joints, and quiet your mind.  Chairs, blocks, and bands are used to modify traditional yoga postures.

GRACEFUL MOVES—Beginner/Seniors.  30 minutes:  This class is a slower paced aerobics and toning class aimed towards older adults and those just getting started exercising.

GUTS & BUTTS— all levels.  20 minutes:  Traditional, classic moves to strengthen and tone the abs, butt, hips, and thighs.

HI-INTENSITY INTERVALS & YOGA moderate/advanced:  1-hour:  This is an interval workout that incorporates hi-intensity cardio segments and hi-intensity functional fitness body-weight moves. Class ends with a long gentle yoga stretch.

MOMMY & ME—all levels.  30 minutes:  Bring the little ones and move & groove to kid’s music while burning calories, building strength, and stretching your body.  Kids learn and follow along and sometimes lead!
 
STEP & TONE—moderate/advanced:  1-hour:  A cardio step workout that increases bone density while burning calories and training the heart—uses a 4-8” step; class ends with classic traditional toning exercises using weights or bands.

TBB - TOTAL BODY BLAST — moderate/advanced:  20 minute Hi-Intensity cardio & total body strength intervals. 
  
TURBO KICK—moderate: 30 minutes:  A calorie burning blast!  Kicking, punching, bobbing & weaving – build stamina, strength, and self confidence!

YOGA-LATES—all levels:  1-hour: A mix of gentle yoga poses and pilates exercises that strengthen and lengthen the muscles, increase breath awareness and reduce stress.
